Edu573 class...

My name is Shahriz Azilla Binti Mohd Sabri. I was born in Johore. I am married with 3 kids and now live in Subang Jaya. I am graduated from UiTM Shah Alam in BBA(H) Islamic Banking in the year of 2003. Now i'm having my Diploma in Education in UiTM (INTEC).

Hmmm...now I am in EDU573 (Technology and Innovation in Education) class with the lecturer named Dr.Izaham Shah Ismail.This is the first assignment from him..actually not really an assignment. It is just one of the work that we have to do in this class.

Talk about technology...I am the person who not so eager to the growth of technology but I knew little bit about it and I'm using it. I don't know much about software. The only software that I really know and know how to utilize was microsoft office. Frankly speaking, I am not so 'IT person' and usually I used computer to do works, chitchat with friends on YM and some other things like blogger and facebook. I dun know deeper about IT.. there are many things about technology that I dun know and I think I should know...

Talk about hardware , computer hardwares such as keyboard, mouse, the monitor and the CPU..we know that very much but do we have any skills using the hardwares?? Skills using the hardware.. I dun think so that I have the skills anyway... and knowledge about hardware, I also dun have much knowledge about hardware.

Usually I use computer and internet to read newpapers, chitchat on YM, to download musics and videos, talk with my sister on the webcam.. and I actively update my facebook. Internet is useful and makes our life easier. There are many online shops now so that we can easier by things without go to the shops. Besides, we can use internet to sell off our things, for an example, my hasband have once sold his camera through the internet. How amazing... now we can use internet as a medium to do buying and selling.

Online learning...it's a very good way to get extra knowledges. I have once tried get some tips to success in MedsiTest from e-book sold in the internet and I have obtained it. The e-books contents are the tips to answer the questionnaires, samples of questions and exercises. It was very usefull and I satisfied with it, and I have passed on the test and that's why i am here, having my Diploma in education.. Anyway is that called an online learning?? Iam not sure..

Technology... is good for everyone and we should know it and we should use it!!
